Subscription Plans
LagosPlug offers monthly and annual subscription plans for property agents and advertisers. Subscription benefits may include listing access, visibility boosts, promotional tools, and lead generation features.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals only.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in an active subscription cycle.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to LagosPlug are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate or accidental charges
Technical billing errors caused directly by LagosPlug
Failed payment processing resulting in multiple deductions
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Partial usage of subscription plans
Change of mind after purchase
Early cancellation of active subscriptions
Low lead generation performance
Violations of LagosPlug platform policies resulting in account suspension
Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment fails:
Your subscription features may be paused or limited
Listings may become inactive until payment is completed
LagosPlug reserves the right to suspend premium benefits for overdue accounts
Subscription Renewals
All Agent plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring payment methods remain valid.
Policy Updates
LagosPlug reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of LagosPlug services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
