- Cancellation Policy

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals only.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in an active subscription cycle.
- Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to LagosPlug are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Technical billing errors caused directly by LagosPlug
- Failed payment processing resulting in multiple deductions
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial usage of subscription plans
- Change of mind after purchase
- Early cancellation of active subscriptions

- Violations of LagosPlug platform policies resulting in account suspension
- Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment fails:

- Listings may become inactive until payment is completed
- LagosPlug reserves the right to suspend premium benefits for overdue accounts
- Subscription Renewals
Some plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring payment methods remain valid.

Continued use of LagosPlug services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
